Job Description

  • Any Graduate (Business related Degree or Master Degree preferred).
  • Diploma in Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management (or) Certificate in Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner: patient, friendly and professional.
  • Excellent listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good in written and spoken Myanmar and English.
  • Good personal presentation, especially when face-to-face with customers.
  • Must be quick and alert to customer demands and complaints.
  • Must be organized and meticulous in work.
  • Must be highly result oriented.
  • Ability to maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Ability to work under stress since the job can frequently tend to be very stressful
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good customer relationships .
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations .
