Job Description

·       Handle LCL import console / FCL /Air documents    and customer services

·       Solve the issue for the client and report

·       Smooth communication with the client and colleagues

·       Support team members for any assistant

·       Support each department for related shipment follow up

·       Handle shipments by main contact point of the client and oversea agent and shipping line as necessary
