Job Responsibilities

• Manage DevOps process and tools chain used internally and used by third party outsource partner

• Plan, manage and monitor code release and production deployment

• Plan, manage and monitor cloud infrastructure including VMs, Databases and File Storage

• Explore and try different technical solutions for business problems

• Manage testing process covering System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing,

Usability Testing and Performance Testing

• Support business operation by providing usable tools, technical utilities, and operational

fixes

• Investigate application issues and provide short term work-around as well as permanent fix

• Plan, manage and monitor the process to keep up to date technical documentations and artifacts

• Manage and organize system documentations such as Deployment Diagrams, Technical Specifications and Test Cases

• Take part in Product Design/System Design process covering functional design, technical design, database design, deployment, and security

• Manage technical set up for SaaS platforms (if any)

• Manage and organize code repository

• Manage and organize database backups

• Manage and organize development team collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, Microsoft Teams Channels

• Testing new development and DevOps tools and technology

• Other duties assigned by supervisors

Education and Experience

• Bachelor or Master in IT or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related fields

• Proficiency in English

• Strong experience in software development with relational database

• Experience in DevOps process and tools chain will be beneficial

• Experience in Agile environment will be beneficial

• Experience in AWS platform and technology will be beneficial

• Microsoft Skills will be beneficial

• Bachelor or Master in IT or related discipline

• Problem-solving skills

• An ability to stick to strict deadlines

• An ability to priorities and delegate

• A keen eye for detail

• A generalist will be preferred
