Job Description
l Prepare high-quality steamed, fried, and baked dim sum.
l Develop the dim sum menu and maintain consistent taste and presentation.
l Manage preparation, ingredient costs, stock, and waste.
l Train kitchen staff and maintain food hygiene.
Job Requirements
l Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef
l More Prefer experienced in international hotel or restaurant field.
l Skilled in making dumpling wrappers, fillings, buns, and dough from scratch.
