Job Description

·       Plan and assign daily transportation schedules for drivers

·       Ensure timely availability of vehicles for operational needs

·       Monitor vehicle usage and optimize route planning

·       Fuel & Vehicle Control

·       Track fuel consumption and identify inefficiencies

·       Monitor vehicle condition and ensure regular maintenance

·       Coordinate with maintenance team for servicing and repairs

·       Driver Supervision

·       Manage driver attendance, discipline, and performance

·       Provide guidance on safety and driving standards

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations

·       Documentation & Reporting

·       Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and mileage reports

·       Prepare daily/weekly transportation reports

·       Report issues, incidents, or delays to Sr. Supervisor KPIs

·       Vehicle utilization rate

·       Fuel consumption efficiency

·       On-time trip completion

·       Number of vehicle incidents

·       Accuracy of records/logs
