Job Description

·       Operation the EV cart in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner across designated areas of the property.

·       Assist residents, guests move around the compound, making sure they are safe and comfortable at all times.

·       Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquires and ensuring passengers have a positive experience.

·       Perform routine checks on the EV cart, including battery levels, brakes, and other essential functions, to ensure it is in proper working order.

·       Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the relevant department.

·       Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the EV Cart.

·       Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as traffic and safety regulations within the property.

·       Assist with other duties as assigned by the management, including support for events and high- traffic situations.
