Job Responsibilities
- Take care in production of goods and packaging.
- Manage factory operations run smoothly.
- Supervise factory workers
- Check in-and-out products and quality controls
- Monitor all machines and maintain good condition
- Report repair machine and other related issue.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Responsible for overseeing daily operation of the factory.
- Develops, reviews, and maintains budgets and expenses for department.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate. (Related management certificate or diploma is an advantage.)
- Minimum 3 years of Factory management working experience.
- Background must be Flour, Rice powder and Bean powder related only.
- Good in English.
