Job Responsibilities
- Assist to communicate with all domestic and overseas fund providers
- Negotiating official deals for the Company’s interest
- Building and nurturing relationship with key potential parties including banks, fund providers, auditors and legal counsel
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Monitoring to publish timely monthly financial statements report to CBM and other fund providers
- Analyzing financial data
- Developing plan for the financial growths
- Evaluation and managing risk
- Ensuring compliance with tax authorities, external auditing and external reporting requirements
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Monitoring internal controls
- Managing to smooth all finance and accounting operations
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Job Requirements
- Fully qualified with the degree of Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) , ACCA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with business partners and ensuring process are being followed
- The ability to work closely with external state holders
- Must be Fluent in English
- Strong focus on control and processes and high attention in details
- Confidence to challenge senior opinions and maintain positive working relationship
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Must be advantage with experience in accounting software
