Job Description

·       Assign Accounting department and reporting department daily job activity and a proper manage & control day to day activity.

·       Inspect and examine monthly financial statement accurate and report to related party group company, parent company.

·       Inspect and examine all report (sale, costs, expenses, etc...) after report to related party company, and holding company.

·       Prepare weekly cash flow, monthly cash flow, weekly, monthly business report, profit or loss status report.

·       Prepare Master budgeted, prepare rolling budgeted, compare budgeted and actual after report to holding company.

·       Analyses financial data and provide wisdom to drive strategic decisions.

·       Monitor and analyses budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective action.

·       Monitor and control production costs, including direct and indirect costs and factory costs.

·       Implement cost control measures and strategies to optimize factory operations.

·       Provide recommendations for cost reduction and process enhancements.

·       Perform scenario analysis to support strategic planning.

·       Compliance and Risk Management, Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

·       Mitigate financial risks and implement effective internal controls.

·       Collaborate with internal and external auditors as needed.

·       Perform Capital Expenditure Management, Evaluate and prioritize capital investment proposals.

·       Monitor the implementation of capital investment project, budged projects and their impact on the factory's and financial performance.

·       Prepare and manage Audit report yearly, quarterly and group consolidates financial report.

·       Prepare and assist Manager Director for Annual General shareholder meeting (AGM) meeting.

·       Consultation all financial difficult activity and business continuously plan (BCP) together with Managing Director.

·       Prepare monthly financial analysist report and report to parent company timely.

·       Handling Financial statement closing, all general entry, AP, AR, Prepaid vendor list, Stock Account report, Fixed Assets Register, Inventory count, Fixed assets cross check.

·       Prepare FR report, (HFM report, Sale Costs, production) PL by car line report, EE cost report, control point report, Investment capital report

·       Review and rewrite group policy in order to consistent & comply accordance with Myanmar Accounting standing (MFRS), (IAS), (IFRS), and statutory Myanmar governance law.

·       Direct Report to Sr. Management, Head Office and Other related (Tax Authority, OSSC, TSMC and Banks).
