Job Description

·       Health & Safety Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and assisting and participating in Health & Safety compliance processes

·       Enforce safety policies, procedures, SWPs at the workplace and monitor the compliance of them at daily operation

·       Facilitate safety training, briefings and meetings for Safety, Health and Environmental matters and accident prevention

·       Inspect and ensure safety equipment at site are adequate, function and check respectively

·       Support management team on all aspects of Health and Safety

·       To conduct Fire Safety related training to understand best safety practices and recognize safety hazards and correct all employees.

·       Good understanding of Fire Safety inspection to prevent Fire hazards and workplace safety rules & regulation

·       Initiate and implement workplace health and safety plans and procedures.

·       Evaluate health and safety practice and procedures for risk assessment and following legal guidelines.

·       To coordinate OSH & Environmental management requisite program and preparation of EMR for submission
