Job Description

·       Oversee company &  portfolio of real estate pipe line products and services in 2026 onward

·       Define overall group marketing strategies to support the company & strategies and objective for each product line

·       Work closely with Board of Director to define pricing strategy and brand positioning for each product/service brand in Real Estate portfolio in Super Ultra Luxury point of view in Myanmar

·       Deploy successful marketing plans/campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution, oversee its day-to-day implementation

·       Develop, implement and oversee overall advertising creative, from philosophy through concept to copy, including developing digital marketing strategies through multiple channels to achieve business goals

·       Develop and implement modern marketing strategies, leveraging the capacity of our commercial and strategic partners, and including extensive use of social media.

·       Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands

·       Create, direct, and implement the company & event and exhibition promotional programs to stimulate awareness and sales in particular market segments

·       Develop and implement all current and future customer affinity, loyalty and retention programs and their relationships with relevant marketing partners

·       Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

·       Analyze effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns

·       Monitor competitive activity and prescribe adjustment/course correction when needed.

·       Hold overall responsibility for the definition, evolution and communication of the company brands, ensuring its effectiveness

·       Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media platform, print communication, and advertising

·       Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

·       Recognize digital trends, see the digital future, and understand consumer behavior, matching these with brand desires to create beneficial opportunities and solutions

·       Drive company digital marketing strategy including the effective use of social media more broadly

·       Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels-content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more

·       Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and Vlog that attracts and converts our target groups

·       Ensure the integrity of the company & brand and system by coordinating prompt resolution to complaints or concerns related to product quality or market claims.

·       Set performance metrics for sales and marketing teams with regards to Real Estate own products and services and drive the achievement of set performance metric
