Job Description
l Lead the kitchen at our heritage boutique hotel.
l Prepare high-quality Burmese, Shan, and European dishes.
l Develop menus and manage food costs, purchasing, and stock.
l Train kitchen staff and maintain hygiene and consistency.
l Handle breakfast, restaurant dining, and private guest meals.
Job Requirements
l Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a quality hotel or restaurant
l More Prefer experienced in international hotel or restaurant field.
l Strong leadership, presentation, and cost-control skills.
