Job Responsibilities

 Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process, SOP and KPI enhancement

 Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO

 Oversee ISP operations such as Installation & Complain Management, Call Center Management, Quality Assurance

Management, Material Control Management, Admin & Fleet Management, Facility Management, Project Management and Partner Management

 Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and

profitability

 Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

 Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

Job Requirements

 Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles

 Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

 Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues

 Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

 Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues

Preferred skills and qualifications

 M.B.A or Business Management Knowledge with IT or ISP/Telecom background

 Understanding of ISP Core, Distribution & Access Network architecture

 Detail understanding of Optical Distribution Network design concept and Wireless network

 Detail understanding of ISP operation procedures, SOPs and KPIs measure
