Job Description

·       Administer and support compensation programs, including salary structures, allowances, incentives, and merit-based rewards.

·       Conduct regular salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity.

·       Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, welfare schemes, and statutory benefits.

·       Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation requirements, and internal HR policies in all compensation and benefits-related activities.

·       Assist in the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and performance-linked adjustments.

·       Prepare, analyze, and maintain compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.

·       Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation policies, benefits queries, and C&B processes.

·       Work closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, reimbursements, and benefits.

·       Communicate C&B programs clearly and effectively to enhance employee understanding and engagement.

·       Participate in compensation and benefits-related projects, audits, system improvements, and policy reviews to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Compensation & Benefits or related areas.

·       Experience in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation analysis is preferred.

·       Knowledge of local labor laws, tax rules, and statutory benefits compliance.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems is an advantage.
