Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding ;

·       Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for all levels of the organization.

·       Lead end to end hiring processes, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

·       Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

·       Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

 

Performance Management:

·       Oversee performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.

·       Support managers in identifying training and development needs.

 

Training & Development:

·       Design and deliver training programs to build capabilities at all levels.

·       Support succession planning and career pathing initiatives.

 

Compliance & Policy Management:

·       Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and internal HR policies.
* Update and implement HR policies in accordance with changing regulations and best practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

·       Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs in partnership with Finance/Payroll teams.

·       Benchmark and review compensation structures for competitiveness as a strategic perspective.

HR Data & Reporting:

·       Maintain accurate employee records and provide regular reports on HR metrics.

·       Use data insights to drive decision-making and improvements in HR practices.

 

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

·       5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

·       Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

·       Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
