Job Description

• Recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation
• Work with HR specialists to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
• Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for position
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media Viber channel, Telegram channel, HR page
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
