Job Description
Leadership & Supervision
v Lead and manage a team of IT Engineers and IT Developers (Support)
v Delegate tasks and ensure timely and effective support for IT-related issues
v Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and ensure skill development
IT Infrastructure Management
v Oversee maintenance and upgrades of hardware, network systems, servers, and endpoints
v Ensure data security, regular backups, and business continuity plans
v Manage vendor relationships and IT equipment procurement
Enterprise Software Support Oversight
v Supervise IT Developers who provide user support for ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, etc.)
v Ensure timely troubleshooting, user training, and issue resolution
v Coordinate with third-party software vendors for advanced issues and updates
v Monitor system usage, access control, and license compliance
Process Improvement & Documentation
v Recommend improvements in workflows and IT support processes
v Ensure documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting logs
IT Strategy & Planning
v Identify IT-related risks and recommend preventive measures
v Propose technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
v Align IT strategy with business goals
Job Requirements
v Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
v 5+ years of professional experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
v Experience supporting enterprise systems like SAP, Odoo, or similar ERP platforms
v Strong background in IT infrastructure and user support
v Knowledge of network systems, servers, and cybersecurity best practices
v Familiarity with ERP systems and business software support (user roles, configuration, basic troubleshooting)
v Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL queries) is a plus
v Comfortable coordinating with third-party software vendors
v Leadership and team management
v Strong communication and interpersonal skills
v Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
v Organizational and documentation skills
