Job Description

v  Handle sales process for the multi modal shipments (Ocean/ Air/ China and Thailand Cross Border Services)

v  Build strong relationships with customers to understand their freight and logistics requirements

v  Handle new sales calls and visits for monthly target

v  Support senior sales team members with proposals, quotes, and presentations

v  Maintain up-to-date sales records in sales report

v  Prepare and follow up on sales quotations

v  Monitor industry trends and attend client meetings and trade shows as require

v  Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

v  Performs other responsibilities periodically assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager for business development
