· Able to operate IT Infrastructure work practice, procedures and implementation plan of network, systems, endpoints, and devices

· Handling the operation of network and security infrastructure operations (LAN, Wi‐Fi, firewall, switches) under defined procedure

· Operation of the employees’ access management, authentication, and file server (NAS) usage in accordance with security policies

· Able to work with Linux environment, virtualization infrastructure and handle the VMs

· Active participation in incident handling activities with internal and external teams

· Support ISMS team (ISO/IEC 27001) governance activities, including internal/external audit preparation and evidence maintenance

· Countermeasures to minimize the impact of troubleshooting and permanent

· Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification related fiel

· Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, or system operation

· Understanding of network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi‐Fi, firewall, switches)

· Working knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, endpoint support, and file server/NAS environments

· Understanding of cybersecurity concepts including access control, incident handling, phishing, and endpoint protection

· Good analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

· Good communication skills for reporting, coordination, and stakeholder interaction

· Able to communicate in English
