Ø Oversee project implementation, coding development, and testing (unit, integration, performance).

Ø Report to the Project Manager and management when necessary.

Ø Provide problem-solving and technical support.

Ø Analyze systems and review team members' tasks and code.

Ø Prepare and review documentation (UML, basic/detail design, test cases).

Ø Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ø Train interns or new employees if necessary

Ø Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary

Ø 1+ year of management experience and 6+ years in software development.

Ø 1+ year of experience in documentation (basic/detail design, unit testing, etc.).

Ø Proficiency in SQL queries (Oracle/MySQL).

Ø Experience with project implementation (coding development).

Ø Strong experience in Java and PHP development.

Ø Knowledge of Linux commands/SHELL scripting (optional).

Ø AWS EC2 experience is a plus.

Ø Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Ø Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above) with direct communication experience.

Ø Strong leadership and management skills.
