Job Description
v Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
v Oversee and direct payroll procedures, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
v Collaborate with internal (Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams and etc.) and ensure compliance with external (labor, SSB, Tax government office.)
v Monitor and ensure compliance with all local labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
v Manage and enhance employee benefits programs (healthcare, allowances, etc.).
v Develop Total Rewards strategies that align with company culture and talent retention goals.
v Lead employee engagement initiatives related to compensation transparency and reward recognition.
v Manage, lead, coach, and develop the C&B team and demonstrating strong team-building and motivational skills.
v To survey the market salary and benefits of similar industries, companies.
v Provide strategic input on pay positioning, merit reviews, and pay-for-performance practices.
v Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
v Lead (or) support the performance appraisal process.
v Manage employee uniform arrangements.
v Prepare weekly, monthly, mid-year and yearly report.
v Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
v Must have a bachelor’s degree/ Business Administration/ Economics (or) degree in Human Resources field.
v Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits field.
v Strong knowledge of compensation structures, payroll systems, and labor law.
v High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
v Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel (Advanced)
v Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
