• Performing operational management related to the whole Hinthada branch.
• Responsibility for Strategy Management at the whole Hinthada branch.
• Responsibility for finance management at the entire Hinthada branch.
• Warehouse Management strategies.
• Writing Marketing Strategies for Hinthada Branch.
• Managing Human Resources issues for Hinthada Branch.
• Analyzing Market Situations for Hinthada Branch.
• Responsibility for Hinthada Branch general administration management.
• Arranging and entertaining to improve the relationship with Agricultural Bank /
• Cooperative / General Administration / Agricultural Authority.
• Overall responsibility for Hinthada Branch (Marketing & Sales).
