Job Description

·       Budget, forecast and work with seed procurement to secure supply for the Southeast division

·       Collaborate with division management to develop and implement strategies to increase for seed sale

·       Provide product, technology and agronomic knowledge through training at meetings, field days, plots, and one-on-one with seed personne

·       Responsible for business growth as per OB in volume terms (Bags / Lts - Kgs)

·       Lead & report month to month Sales & AR status to EC & BU Management

·       Responsible for sales price & profitability leadership for Seed

·       New Go to Market Strategy for Seed

·       Manage Promotion Schemes for Seed products to maximize volume & value gain.

·       Channel Management by motivating dealers with better service & solutions

·       Price stability & implementation of promotional scheme as per HO guideline

·       New product introduction in Seed

·       Existing product enhancement for brand extension

·       Develop new marketing channel – Farmer Direct Sales, NGO & Govt Tenders and Institutional buyers.

·       Proactive & timely reporting to HO about competition activity, market opportunity and suggest solution

·       Responsible for safe upkeep of all company owned assets and data, used by direct &  indirect reports.

·       Work with AR team to improve Sales to Cash Ratio

·       Responsible for managing team motivation & managing attrition

·       Drive KPI, periodic appraisal for team

·       Timely fill-up of vacant positions

Job Requirements

·       5 years work experience in National Sales Manager field at seed product.

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills
