Job Description

- Consult to clients how our system can benefit their organization.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and generate effective and efficient reports.
- Assign tasks to the development team for project tasks.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and developers and management
- Effectively communicate project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions
- Collaborate with development teams and appropriate internal teams to ensure that the final product meets both client’s requirements.
- Conduct Testing processes and write test cases.
- Deliver finished projects to clients, conduct training sessions, assist in UAT period and prepare for system launch.
- Provide feedback to the development process based on lessons learned from completed projects. They help refine processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide solutions to customers' issues redirected by customer support
