Job Description

· Managing and supervising service projects and maintenance activities for HV, MV, and LV electrical systems

· Provides technical expertise and guidance to Senior and Junior Service Engineers on complex issues

· Ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations

· Coordinating with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction is a key responsibility

· Scheduling, resource allocation, and performance of the service team, conduct regular site inspections and audits

· Prepare technical reports and documentation. Assisting in the training and development of service engineers is also expected

Job Requirements

· A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required.

· Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in the service, maintenance, or project management of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems is mandatory.

· Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team lead role is also required.

· In-depth technical knowledge of High Voltage, Medium Voltage, and Low Voltage electrical distribution systems is essential.

· Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities are required.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in relevant electrical engineering software, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards are necessary.

· The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
