Job Description
1. Strategic Operations Leadership
· Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.
· Lead operational planning and support short- and long-term growth initiatives.
· Collaborate with executive leadership to define operational performance standards.
2. Operational Planning & Management
· Oversee daily security operations across all regions and client sites.
· Ensure efficient allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, transport, technology).
· Establish and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all security functions.
3. Service Delivery Excellence
· Ensure high standards of service delivery, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
· Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
· Implement quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Human Resources & Team Leadership
· Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance appraisal of operational staff.
· Promote a culture of professionalism, discipline, and ethical conduct among the workforce.
· Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements related to manpower and operations.
5. Client Relationship & Contract Management
· Work closely with the Business Development / Client Services teams to understand client needs.
· Participate in contract negotiations and ensure operational capabilities meet contractual requirements.
· Address client concerns, service issues, and operational escalations promptly.
6. Risk Management & Compliance
· Identify operational risks (security, legal, financial, reputational) and establish mitigation strategies.
· Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and national laws.
· Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
7. Budgeting & Financial Oversight
· Develop and manage the operations budget efficiently.
· Monitor operational expenditures, optimize costs, and report variances.
· Support financial planning and forecasting with accurate operational data.
8. Technology & Systems Improvement
· Evaluate and implement technology systems (e.g., security software, reporting tools, communication systems) to improve efficiency.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across operations.
9. Reporting & Communication
· Prepare regular operational performance reports for senior leadership.
· Communicate operational goals, changes, and performance outcomes effectively to internal teams.
· Participate in executive meetings and strategic discussions.

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Security Management / related field (Master’s preferred).
· 5+ years of progressive operational experience in security, facilities management, military/police background, or related sectors.
· Certifications in security management or risk assessment (advantageous).
· Must have experience in leading security company
