Job Description

Ø  Plan, manage, and oversee daily operational activities

Ø  Monitor and analyze the efficiency of processes and systems

Ø  Manage budgets and forecasts, and report on performance metrics

Ø  Supervise and mentor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Ø  Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction

Ø  Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

Ø  Liaise with other departments to support organizational goals

Ø  Handle escalated issues with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ø  Maintain and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices

Ø  Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
