Job Description

·       Track attendance and leave requests using a Face scan device and HRIS system.

·       Coordinate with department heads to address any discrepancies or issues with attendance. 

·       Collect and verify employee work hours, overtime, and other pay-related information.
 Calculate gross pay, deductions for social security (SSB), and personal income tax (PIT).

·       Prepare and distribute detailed pay slips to employees, ensuring accuracy.

·       Generate and verify payment requests for payroll, social security contributions, personal income tax, and commissions.

·       Ensure all PRs are approved by relevant authorities or management.

·       Submit PRs to the finance department or relevant payment processing tea

·       Calculate and process bonuses and referral payments based on company policies

·       Verify eligibility and amounts before processing payments

·       Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely disbursement

·       Create a detailed list of employees' bank account details for payroll transfer

·       Coordinate with the bank to ensure smooth and timely transfer of funds

·       Reconcile bank statements with payroll records to confirm successful transactions.

·       Prepare monthly payment summaries for social security contributions.

·       Submit payments to the SSB regional office according to their schedule.

·       Maintain records of all payments and correspondence with the SSB office.

·       Prepare monthly summaries of personal income tax payments.

·       Submit payments to the Local Tax Office (LTO) and/or Municipal Tax Office (MTO).

·       Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.

·       Assist with additional HR-related tasks as required.

·       Participate in special projects or initiatives related to employee management and benefits

·       Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing requirements or priorities.

Job Requirements

·       25-35 years old

·       Any bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human resource management.

·       Minimum of (5 years) experience C&B, dynamic, results-oriented, critical thinking, Energetic and enthusiastic.

·       Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office & Preferably HIRS

·       Proficiency in English Four Skills

·       Prefer candidates who can join immediately
