Job Description
Ø Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ø Act as a liaison between senior management, departments, and external stakeholders.
Ø Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
Ø Accompany the executive on business trips, client visits, and official events.
Ø Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ø Support day-to-day management tasks, follow-ups, and documentation.
Job Requirements
Ø Male, presentable, polite, and diplomatic in communication.
Ø Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Ø Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
Ø Valid driving license and ability to travel frequently.
Ø Must be able to work on weekends (compensatory off-days on Wednesday & Thursday).
Ø Smart and fast learner, able to handle multiple priorities independently.
Ø Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
