Job Description

· Lead procurement strategy and supplier management to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing supply, competitive pricing, quality, and optimal inventory levels.

· Develop procurement strategies, budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

· Manage sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials and production consumables.

· Ensure continuous supply and prevent production delays caused by material shortages.

· Manage inventory levels, safety stock, lead times and slow-moving materials.

· Develop and manage multiple qualified suppliers and conduct supplier performance reviews.

· Establish AQL and supplier quality standards and handle quality issues.

· Lead price, payment terms, contracts, delivery and commercial negotiations.

· Coordinate import licenses, customs/port clearance and relevant regulatory approvals.

· Ensure procurement policies, approval procedures and compliance are followed.

· Lead and develop the Procurement team and establish departmental KPIs/SOPs.
