Job Description

  1. Developing procurement strategies cost-effective
  2. Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  3. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors for payment  terms.
  4. Reviewing existing suppliers and vendors to get stocks on time
  5. Monitoring purchase orders and organizing and delivery process
  6. Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
  7. Controlling the procurement budget and saving on procurement costs.
  8. Negotiating with suppliers for payment postponed.
  9. Overseeing and managing the manual report of oversea and local , inventory process and transferring process .
  10. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
  11. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines.
  12. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  13. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  14. Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
  15. Problem solving for internal (Staff and each dept. complaint )and external (Supplier )
  16. Discussing with R&D for substitute new items and cost saving items
  17. Review and mange the quality of purchased products.
  18. Overseeing all of purchasing department report.

Job Requirements

-    Any Graduated (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.)

-   At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food manufacturing industry or bakery sector. Experience in managing procurement activities for a factory setting is highly desirable.

-   In-depth understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation strategies, and supply chain management. Familiarity with bakery ingredients sourcing and supplier relationships is a plus.

-          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-          Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

-          Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

-          Strong leadership and team management skills.
