Job Responsibilities
- Lead new product development and optimization from concept to execution.
- Ensure new product development meets production capabilities, costs, regulatory and food safety requirements.
- Collaborate with other functions (e.g. Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Logistics) to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Provide technical expertise to other functions to support successful commercialization of new products.
- Provide ongoing technical support to Operations and Production for maintaining product quality consistency and enabling production expansion.
- Assist in overall product strategy development.
- Develop and maintain appropriate work processes.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in food science, industry chemistry or related scientific field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in powder product development (bean powder, rice powder).
- Proven ability to lead/support project execution across multiple functions.
- Proficiency in computer (Microsoft Office)
