Job Description

·       Coordinate production schedules and ensure the availability of equipment, materials, and supplies required for hatchery operations.

·       Supervise and coordinate all hatchery activities, including egg receiving, fumigation, egg selection, setting, transfer, incubation, chick pulling, grading, vaccination, packing, and dispatch.

·       Monitor hatchery equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure proper operation and timely resolution of any equipment issues.

·       Ensure all hatchery operations are carried out in accordance with SOPs, biosecurity requirements, and quality standards.

·       Monitor incubation conditions, including temperature, humidity, and ventilation, to maximize hatchability and chick quality.

·       Oversee DOC packing and delivery processes to ensure compliance with customer orders and delivery schedules.

·       Prepare and submit accurate production reports, operational data, and resource requirements to management.

·       Lead and supervise production employees to achieve productivity, quality, and operational targets.

·       Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to support continuous improvement and efficient hatchery performance.
