Job Description

·       Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.

·       Manage office supplies, utilities, and facility maintenance.

·       Plan and coordinate transportation for staff and project-related activities.

·       Ensure efficient scheduling and cost-effective travel solutions.

·       Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of resources.

·       Facilitate communication between departments for smooth execution.

·       Identify, procure, and manage project-related materials and equipment.

·       Ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness of purchases.

·       Maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials.

·       Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.

·       Track the usage, maintenance, and servicing of project machinery and vehicles.

·       Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

·       Liaise with government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.

·       Handle permits, approvals, and official correspondence.

·       Implement and oversee security measures for office, personnel, and project sites.

·       Coordinate with security agencies and manage crisis situations effectively.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.

·       Additional certifications in Project Management, Procurement, or Office Administration are preferred.

·       10+ years of experience in administration, project coordination, or procurement roles and at least 3+ years in managerial role.

·       Experience in handling transportation, store management, and machinery/vehicle monitoring.

·       Prior experience in government relations and security management is an advantage

·       Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.

·       Proficiency in office management, procurement, and logistics coordination.

·       Ability to interact effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and government authorities.

·       Capable of handling operational challenges with strategic solutions.

·       Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

·       Strong negotiation abilities for vendor management and procurement.

·       Familiarity with inventory management systems and project management tools.
