· Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

· Inventory in/out checking.

· Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

· Recording and filing cash transactions.

· Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.

· Bank reconciliation.

· Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

· Bachelor's degree (B.Com, B.Ecom, B.Sc, B.B.A or B.M)

· UK Diploma in LCCI Level (III) and other related professional certificates

· Over 2 years experiences in accounting field

· Age between 20 to 27

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Preferable familiar with SAP software or any accounting software

· Good personality & communication skill
