Job Description

·       Establish and implement the Project Safety Management Plan.

·       Ensure compliance with legal regulations, client requirements, and project HSE standards.

·       Lead safety meetings with Client PM Team, consultants, and main contractors.

·       Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and safety procedures.

·       Monitor and evaluate safety performance of main contractor and subcontractors.

·       Lead incident investigations, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions.

·       Coordinate safety audits, inspections, and ensure closure of NCRs.

·       Provide safety guidance to project management team and ensure proactive risk control.

 

Work Arrangement vs Construction Status:

·       Full-time deployment once construction activities reach main structural works / peak manpower stage.

·       Will take direct control of overall safety coordination across all active sites.
