· Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing customers while indentifying and appointing new customers in potential markets.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after sales support professionally.

· Must go the dealer shop in working days in and out and discuss with dealer about business.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Communicate wit production and warehouse to provide customers order in time.

· Daily and weekly report to sales and marketing manager.

· Any graduate and other related qualifications in the sales and marketing sector.

· Must have at least 2 years sales experiences in paints, coatings and building materials.

· Ability and willingness to travel.

· Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and Power Point)

· Self motivated and result oriented team player who is able to work under pressure.

· Strong capacity in customer service and sales skills.

· Good presentation skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
