Job Responsibilities

• Search the inquiry from various sources and handle the tender project.

• Prepare technical specification and quotation.

• Submit proposal and make presentation to client about product knowledge and company background.

• Daily discuss with teammate about of projects

• Daily or weekly report to sales manager

• Follow up clients for all projects that submitted quotations.

• Submit draft contract and negotiate on cost, delivery, specification with client and boss.

• Make agreement for contract.

• Follow up payment.

• Order to factory

• Negotiate project schedule and complain

• Building the positive relationship with B2B, B2C, B2G and Installation team.

Job Requirements

• Any bachelor Degree.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the related field. Have experience in 2 years in sale and marketing field.

• Prefer sales certificate or sales management.

• Must have a knowledge about of Business-to-Business sales.

• Good coordination with team members and other departments.

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email).

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, persuasive and goal oriented.
