Job Description

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding, air freight, land transportation and and logistics  services.

·       Conduct customer visits and maintain strong business relationships

·       Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report sales performance to management.

·       Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff and executives when required.

·       Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

·       Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and business development plans.

·       Analyze customer profitability and business growth opportunities
