· Manage and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and plan to achieve sales targets

· Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads in the market

· Able to present the products independently

· Perform basic sales administration

· Manage and provide support to customers

· Sales orientated with drive to achieve targets

· Property Sales experience candidates will be also 3 years

· Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications especially MS PowerPoint and Excel

· Prior relevant sales experience in property, hotel, institutions and F&B industry will be an advantage
