Job Description

·       You will need to set targets, address issues and support your team to discover and understand client’s needs, propose solutions to address their needs and create overall client satisfaction

·       In the process, you are expected to guide your team to cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services and Digital Solutions such as web and mobile apps.

·       To excel in this role, the individual needs to have excellent leadership skills, a sound understanding of the products and services, excellent presentation, and strong negotiation skills.
