Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales team for area sales forecasts, Sales Volume,
- Distribution market share and outlets target.
- Set up budgeted sales plan, marketing tools & analyze feedback from
- actual result
- Educate and monitor to sales teams with product knowledge, team building
- and performance.
- Monitor and improve sales team performance by closely work together with
- team members.
- Analyze existing customers and new customers to determine sales
- opportunities.
- Analyze competitive advantages and brand awareness to grow market share
- Report to Sale Plan & sale report monthly to CEO.
Job Requirements
- Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Business Management
- 5 years experiences in operational Management
- Background experiences is IT field (more prefer)
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have JLPT or Nat Test N2 and above certificate
- Good leadership skills, organizing skill to result oriented
- Understand the market, customer and competitive information
- Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet
- sales targets
