Job Description

·       Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

·       Identify and establish strong relationships with livestock farmers, feed distributors, veterinary clinics, and agribusinesses across the country.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth.

·       Work closely with farmers, veterinarians, and business partners to promote animal feed and vaccine solutions.

·       Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness programs for animal feed and vaccines.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to create advertising materials, digital marketing strategies, and product promotions.

·       Conduct training sessions and seminars for farmers and stakeholders on the benefits of feed and vaccines.

·       Provide technical guidance and support to farmers on feed formulation and vaccine usage.

·       Build strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

·       Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasting to senior management.

·       Work with the production and supply chain team to ensure product availability.

·       Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing training.
