Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.
Design solutions that align with best practices and leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Configure SAP modules according to business requirements, ensuring system settings align with process needs.
Customize SAP functionalities using tools such as SAP Fiori, ABAP, or other relevant technologies.
Ensure seamless integration between SD, MM, FICO, and PP modules.
Lead or support end-to-end implementation cycles, including planning, blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any integration or technical issues.
Participate in data migration planning and execution, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer.
Validate data quality and troubleshoot data-related issues during migration.
Train end-users on new SAP functionalities and processes.
Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process guides.
Provide post-implementation support, addressing end-users' queries and issues.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of SAP processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, technical developers, and business users.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
