· Data Entry in Software

· Other Income, Operation Expense, Salary , GL

· Whole Sales  File & Retail all Files, Spring Factory Cost of Production File Combine , Cash Book, Bank Book all

· Oversea Raw & FG Transfer from YGN Calculate

· MDY all balance Items & Amount Prepare & Check, AP, AR, Cash & Bank Balance, Accrued & Prepaid balance

· Tangible & Intangible – Asset Register, Assets Ledger, Assets

· Depreciation/Amortization, Assets Book Value

· Documents Control (Prepare to be inspected by Government Audit)

· Reports & Schedule – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly & Control Report

· Government laws and regulations that have been changing over time, order directive procedures; usage patterns; Efforts to update information related to usage patterns. Submit information to higher levels.

· Carrying out additional duties.

· Acting as assigned in case of Bank & Government office issue.

· Collecting Ground Stock in cooperation with Finance and Audit team.

· Drafting and presenting the Government Financial Statement on time in accordance with the Business Nature, Reasonable Reporting Framework Work, IAS, IFRS.
