Job Description
- Record all Finance Transactions
- Prepare Journal Entries, complete general Ledger operation
- Daily Manage of Cash/Bank Transaction inflows and outflows, Income & Expenses.
- Accurately perform daily reconciliation of cash, cheque and invoices.
- Handle monthly , quarterly and annual closings.
- Ensure timely bank and cash payment.
- Manage daily/ month cash flow, balance sheets and profit or Loss statement.
- Assist to prepare the require report to management team by timely basis.
- Prepare and updated weekly/ monthly summary to finance manager.
Job Requirements
- Age Between 26 to 35 years
- At Least LCCI Level (III) passed or related diploma.
- Prefer to have knowledge of Accounting Standard
- Strong analytical skills and consistently accurate in tasks.
- strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge & skillful in microsoft office especially MS excel.
- Over 3 years background experiences in accounting.
