Job Responsibilities
✓ Report to Sub Leader and Team Leader
✓ Provide Training Materials
✓ Perform the instructed task on its own and provide assistance for related tasks.
✓ Support and grow lower level members
✓ Task management and self-management
✓ Testing Phase (Unit Testing, Integration Test, Performance Test)
✓ Train to intern or new employees if necessary
✓ Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary
Job Requirements
✓ Minimum 5 years of working experience in Software Development Industry.
✓Must have working experience in Cake, Laravel, React JS and REST API (plus other programming language is preferable)
✓ Able to learn quickly other development languages if necessary
✓ Good communication skills (English or Japanese) is preferable
✓Must have JLPT or Nat Test N4 Level
✓ Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
✓ Able to write documentation such as detail design/testcase/user manual etc.
✓ Able to manage self-task and can draw a schedule for a given task yourself (Task management)
✓ Able to support and grow lower level members
✓ Able to perform faithfully the instructed task on its own and provide assistance for related tasks
✓ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
✓ Strong in database SQL queries
✓ Implementation Project (Coding development)Skills
✓ Ability to learn new technology✓ Problem solving skill
✓ Subversion control: Git
