Job Description
· Manages and supervises service projects, maintenance, and installation activities for industrial electrical systems and solar power plants
· Provide specialized technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations specific to industrial and solar environments
· Liaising with industrial clients and solar project stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions is vital
· Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management
· Conduct regular site inspections, prepare comprehensive technical reports, and contribute to the training of service engineers in industrial and solar technologies
Job Requirements
· A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a closely related technical field is required.
· A minimum of 6 years of experience in the service, maintenance, or project management of industrial electrical systems and/or solar power installations is mandatory.
· Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the industrial or solar sector is required
· In-depth technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, machinery, and solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance is essential.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
· Effective communication, proficiency in relevant industrial automation and solar design software, and an unwavering commitment to safety and quality standards in high-risk environments are necessary.
