Job Description

·       Manage and oversee the Dealer Management system (DMS) and other business-critical applications.

·       Lead the implementation of new systems and enhancements to meet company requirements.

·       Provide technical and functional support to all system users, ensuring timely issue resolution.

·       Collaborate with overseas and local system supplier teams for system development, maintenance and upgrades.

·       Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

·       Document process, user guides and technical specifications for reference and training purposes.

·       Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity across all applications.

·       Support IT projects and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

·       Report IT Section Manager
