Job Description
Ø Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring production processes.
Ø Coordinate product testing and analysis, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Ø Manage communication between cross-functional teams to align on product development goals.

Ø Manage inventory of raw materials and production supplies.
Ø Conduct training and performance evaluations for team members.
Ø Supervise and support production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Job Requirements
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
Ø 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing roles.
Ø Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ø Knowledge of production planning and process improvement techniques.
Ø Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ø Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
Ø Must have chemical product knowledge.
